Guest Safety Notice & Experience Information

By participating in this speedboat tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety terms and conditions:

1. The Experience

A speedboat ride is a lively and exciting experience. During the tour, you may feel:

the thrill of high-speed cruising
the natural movement of waves
occasional bumps on the water
changing sea and weather conditions

These elements are a normal part of the adventure, but the experience may not be suitable for everyone.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

Speedboat tours involve inherent risks, including high-speed travel, strong waves, sudden movements, and changing sea and weather conditions. These risks may result in injury, discomfort, or other harm.

3. Health & Fitness Requirement

By joining the tour, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for this activity and that:

You are not pregnant
You do not have back, neck, or spinal conditions (including herniated discs or chronic pain)
You have no medical conditions that may be aggravated by high-speed boat travel
You have not recently undergone surgery or medical procedures that could be affected
You are not over 105 kg (230 lbs)
You are not over 60 years of age

You are fully responsible for any consequences resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

4. Personal Responsibility & Risk Acceptance

You voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks, injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the tour.

5. Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the tour operator, crew, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, death, or property loss arising from participation in the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Safety Instructions

You agree to follow all instructions from the skipper and crew at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

7. Insurance

You are responsible for your own travel and health insurance. The operator does not cover medical or related expenses.

8. Swimming Activity (Optional)

Swimming during the tour is optional and entirely at your own risk. Only confident swimmers are permitted to enter the water. Non-swimmers must remain on the boat. The crew reserves the right to restrict swimming for safety reasons.

9. Legal Agreement

By booking and participating in this tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms on behalf of yourself and all passengers in your booking. This constitutes a legally binding agreement under the laws of Montenegro.
